Tui is a CORU registered dietitian from Dublin. She completed her undergraduate training in Human Nutrition and Dietetics in Trinity College Dublin. She graduated with a First Class Honours in 2016.
Sine graduation, she has worked as a nutrition researcher, private nutrition consultant, and as a clinical dietitian.
While practising as a clinical dietitian, she provided personalised evidence-based nutrition advice to clients with a variety of nutrition related medical conditions such as: nutritional deficiencies, gastrointestinal disorders, metabolic disorders, heart disease, disordered eating, obesity, cancer and neurological conditions.
Prior to becoming a dietitian, Tui worked as a psychiatric nurse for a number of years. The experience she gained as a mental health practitioner informs her current holistic approach to her nutrition practice. Tui’s nutrition philosophy is: no one nutrient is evil and it’s all about balance when it comes to good nutrition. Tui offers positive and non-judgemental advice for those seeking support with food, eating, health and well-being.
